1. You must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency and be invited to apply for this visa by the Australian Immigration Department.
2. The business and personal assets of you, your partner or you and your partner combined,  must be at least AUD1.5 million and your annual turnover must be at least AUD3 million.
3. If you apply for the subclass 132 visa in the Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream, you must have secured at least AUD1 million in funding for a high-value business idea and entered into an agreement with an Australian venture capital firm for the funding.
4. You and your family members who apply for this visa with you (partner or children if any) must meet the character and health requirement.
5. You must meet all other requirements for the grant of this visa.
