1. Have a suitable skills assessment for an occupation which must be on the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations set by a State or Territory.

Introduce

The Skilled Nominated subclass 190 visa is a permanent visa which lets nominated skilled workers obtain permanent resident visa using their qualification, language, skills and work experience. You and your family members can live and work permanently anywhere in Australia and enrol in Australia’s public health care scheme when you have this visa. 

Condition

All state and territory government agencies have their own criteria for deciding who they will nominate. Contact Austop Migration or the state or territory agency directly to find out more about their nomination process.

1. You must be aged under 45.
2. You must be able to score 65 points or more in your EOI (You will obtain 5 points if you are nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency).
3. You must have been nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency and have received an invitation to apply for this visa.
4. You must have at least 6 for each of the four components in an IELTS test or equivalent score in any specified English language test which has been taken not more than 3 years before the date of application.
5. You must have a suitable skills assessment.
6. You must be in good health and have no criminal record.
